Shipping & Returns

This policy applies to products purchased from the website munchi.com.au. All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars, unless stated otherwise. All items on our website are considered ‘stocked’ unless expressly identified otherwise.

SHIPPING

Within Australia, delivery is offered via Australia Post as a standard or express service. All items will be posted within 2 business days of payment receipt, with the exception of weekends and public holidays. For any international order requests that are not currently offered on our site, please email us directly at info@munchi.com.au to see if we may be able to accommodate your requests.

RETURNS

If you change your mind and wish to exchange or refund your goods, we will accept returns provided that: the return is made within 14 days from the date of purchase; the goods have not been used; the goods are returned in their original packaging; and proof of purchase is presented. All returns will need to be pre-approved (please email info@munchi.com.au). Return shipment is to be paid by the customer.

For any orders made in countries outside of Australia (UK or USA), due to the use of third party logistics companies, returns are not permitted, unless the item is faulty. Please ensure you read all item descriptions clearly before purchase.
